She started back today, and just because I'm feeling a little... emotional... (I think its the uniforms) I'm going to share the pictures... Sorry, no Sandy this time... Didn't want him to tear the uniform before she got a chance to wear it, LOL

I switched Annie to a small Catholic school this year - I think she is going to do really well! We are both so EXCITED for the school year... she was up bright and early and ready to go :)

My mom has missed her last 2 first days but this time she made it!

She was in such a rush to get rid of me that I forgot to change the settings to my camera... so excuse the yellowness! Can you see her mentally willing me to go away?? ROFL

Thanks everyone... What a sap I was this morning... and once again my quiet, seemingly shy child tossed me away like she no longer needed me and joined right in. I guess 2nd grade is her limit for letting me walk her to class... *sniff sniff*

And thank you to all who asked about her rash... it took about 48 hours for it to completely go away. Fortunately these aren't really itchy... just a little painful... Annie & I agree that itchy is worse!

Kristin! Annie looks so darling in that uniform. She is so photogenic. I'm glad she was excited to go and hope that never changes!

You are going to LOVE the ease of a uniform everyday. I wore one for 12 years and when I started college (yes, a Catholic college at that!) it was awful trying to think of what to wear

Those little bunnies grow up .... but she'll always be your girl. :)

I was thinking of you guys this morning, and was hoping all would go well. 2nd grade, such a big girl!

I totally envy you the whole uniform thing! That's just one part of the morning chaos that is automatically taken care of. She looks so pretty. Glad to hear she was READY to roll, even though you weren't!!

Tell us all about how her first day went.

The first day in a new school can be a complicated day for a student for a schoolchild or for a pre-schoolchild - so I recommend to buy here PapersWizard a text with which a new member can present at a new school! It is the site that proposes the best and the cheapest essay help!
