This morning before I left for work I was going through my usual check list--When I did my headcount to make sure all dogs were accounted for, I could not find Lizzie anywhere. I was sure I had let her inside--but I looked everywhere. When questioned, her brother Louie just gave me a blank stare. Finally....grandog Shelby led me to the bathroom where I found Lizzie standing ever so quietly in the bathtub ! The shower curtain was closed so she really was hiding!! She has a thing about the tub--I always find her paw prints in there, and I rarely take a bath without her in the room with me--another funny doodle story. P.S.--I think the doodles will get a bath this weekend--Lizzie will be so happy. Kathy, Lizzie and Louie

Archie has done this too...once he appeared downstairs with a bottle of shampoo in his mouth, another time it was a bath puff. We'd hear this scritching noise and realize he's not in the room with us. Now we keep all the bathroom doors shut.

we have 3 full baths in this house hahhahhaa
Max jumps in the shower if my sons leave the door open. :roll:
I ususally bring treats and/or a toy for max to play with while I take a bath. HE does try to get a running start and JUMP in with me but I head him off each time hahhahhaa ohhhhhhhh he's a character...my bedroom is 800 sq ft which is why Max can run into my bathroom AFTER doing a Major tasmanian doodle run.
He loves baths! when I bathe him he just sits and/or lays down in the shower. Once he started to fall asleep :shock: while i was lathering him up.
No one believed me till they watched me bathe him inthe shower 2 weeks ago.
NOW PETSMART groomers will tell you a whole different story on bathing Max hahhahaa :wink: oh well
