She will probably seem normal. Perhaps sleep a bit more, depending on her meds. She will probably be given pain meds.
I think that the hardest part is keeping them calm. Her stitches may bother her, but our pups had no problems at all (we had them spayed at 8 weeks of age and you'd never know it...they all recovered so quickly and completely.)
