We took Gunner to his first Kite Festival today and he had a blast. Gunner did far better than I ever imagined. He is so friendly and comfortable in any environment. We are having so much fun with him. The only draw back is he got into a lot of sticker burs!
We also had the opportunity to meet so many Labradoodles. We saw two adult doodles and a mini doodle. It is so much fun to see how Gunner may turn out once he gets an adult coat.
One owner told me of a site called www.meetup.com. It gives you local information on Doodle Romps/Meet Ups. If you are interested, you can log on and type in your zip code. I found an upcoming event from 20 minutes from my house. I think Gunner will really enjoy it!
