Wanting to adopt a year old Labradoodle that was bullied.

Thanks for having me! This sweet 2yr old male Labradoodle being bullied by the two dogs in his prior home is now looking to be rehomed. Suprisingly, he still loves playing with other dogs. My question is what would he need from me as a new owner to help him and how could this experience effect him.
