This is Hershey and her real brother 5 minutes after meeting each other and after being separated for 6 months.
Big brother Samson is no match for his little sister. Hershey was smaller but just as quick! The race was on!!!

Great shot!! Iris doesn't do the 500 (she doesn't really have much of the typical doodle personality - very mellow and a little standoffish) but the old timers might remember this video of Sandy and his very first 500 - before I fenced the yard in!

Gene... below are some recent pictures of Charlie. He is one of the best
dogs one could ever imagine. It's a good thing too... 2 months ago he was
weighing in at 101 pounds and I'm certain that he's added to that since. He
is one BIG boy. Charlie is now about 15 months young -- still acts like a
puppy. We call him our "little" Irish Wolfdoodle because of his size and look.

And here's Hershey before her last grooming. WILD HAIR!!! Yes, and it is
black, brown, white and silver. She's not real fond of cameras.

Here are the two of them running off with big "human" brother's shoe.
Usually you can depend on Charlie to help retrieve things that Hershey
has "acquired."

We're off to a Doodle Romp this afternoon so many more pictures will be
posted later today!

Until then...

They are both beautiful! I'm so glad you rescued Charlie! I had fallen in live with him and am thrilled that I can still get updates on him. Have fun at the romp, and yes please post LOTS of pictures.
