I agree you should take Mojo to the vet and have his eyes checked out. Good luck, let us know what the vet says.
Yes you can give your dog benadryl, I believe the vet said 1mg per pound. Our LD, Lani, had an allergic reation to the distemper shot with the leptosporosis vaccine and had to give her benadryl. She was 14 lbs at the time and the vet said a 12mg tablet or capsule was what she could take (dosage closest to her weight).
