Still, if the reason you are having no accidents is that you are doing a marvelous job of taking him out to potty...I'd not feel secure in his training until he is signaling you to let him out.
These dogs are very smart...and it is not unlikely that you have been blessed with an easily trained puppy...if so, I am very impressed! (If not, don't worry, you are on the absolutely best road to success!)
