Potty trained?

Just curious- Murphy is now 11 weeks, we've had him for 4 weeks now and he has not had an accident inside in almost 2 weeks. I'm just not sure if he is trained or if it is on account of my husband and I taking him out quite often. I know it's a silly question, but is there any way to know that he's truly house broken?

Otto has been trained since he was 9 weeks old! HOW? because we put him out every hour, and my husband got up at 5am each morning, I put him out at midnight each night, but it worked and he is trained never has an accident. I go to bed at 11pm and otto goes till 8am in the morning sometimes longer
