I have been trying to post a picture of my little Lucy on here for a long time but can't figure out how to make my profile have a picture. Any help? It always says the file is too big or too many pixels.

I if you click on "search", Gene has posted a helpful link. Follow the link and it will help you resize your picture to 180 x 180 which is the size required by this site. Good luck!
