Just wanted to say welcome to Winn Dixie...a very handsome dood.

Winn Dixie's name did indeed come from the book "Winn Dixie". I read the book every year to my class, and my baby's personality is so much like the dog in the book, and the dog on the cover looks like him.
Anyways, these dogs are lovers, aren't they? He just tickles me to death. So much energy, and so smart. In 2 weeks he's potty trained and rings a bell when he wants to go out. He's going in a certain area of the yard only, and he's just overall wonderful. What do you all do about the hilarious spurts of energy in the afternoons and evenings when they just start ripping around the house? I take him out back and sometimes he just sits down.?! We come back in, and rips around again! What crazy dogs!
I'm so glad to hear he's not the only one with a cropped tail.
Do you all recommend obedience school? I think he's going to need it.

ckh5941...also remember a short cropped tails MEANS nothing gets knocked over !!!
Beau and Peanut's tail have sent things flying and crashing to the floor, with Max nothing is disturbed when he's excited and his tail becomes like a propeller spinning with happiness hahahaaaaaaaa
