I took Dex to the groomer for the first time yesterday, to get him used to it. He had a little bit of guck by his eyes, so I asked them to see if they could get it off better than I could.

So this is the puppy I took to the groomer - you all remember him :

....and this is the puppy that I brought home:

I was like, omg I can see his EYES now!!! This particular photo doesn't show it that well, but at certain angles, Dexter now looks a LOT like Will Ferrell:

He does look like Will Farrell!!! Only cuter. I love those eyes.

And Will Ferrell's nose isn't HALF as cute as Dex's!!! What a little doll baby he is!

Before his little face-trimming, my hub and I used to think that Dex looked like Lloyd Bridges, because Dex's eyebrow area looked white sometimes:

Oh he is just too cute Lynn! Is that a white spot between his eyes??? I can't wait to get my hands on him some day - I just love him! It cracks me up though, he has the coat I expected Sandy to have - And Sandy looks like a curlier shaggy F1! I just love them both!

Dont' get me wrong, I prefer the shaggy face look too!! I was a bit shocked when I saw Dex's eyes like that. Maybe that didn't come across in my post, but I like the fuzzy face look all the way!!

Actually, Raleighs 'bangs' are almost down to his nose, and I kinda like that look....it's funny...I KNOW he's lookin and me and ignoring what I say! I can't see his eyes, but the look on his face is always..."Gee Mom, I didn't know you were talkin to me...I thought you were yelling at Molly!" :shock:

Actually Linda, sorry to disappoint, I am "comebackless" this evening! :shock: Actually, I was trying to take a picture of Jonah to show that his hair still covers his eyes, But he and Miko had been tearing up the yard and chewing each other with wet beards, so his hair it the picture is actually out of his eyes for a change! :roll:

Kevin and I have argued relentelssly over Dex's bangs. I like scruff, he wanted them trimmed. So one day he won, he said they would grow back if I hated them, and so I held Dex while he trimmed. Now I swear, one look from those chocolatey brown eyes and I melt and crack up and give him anything he wants. I told Kevin they better grow back soon, cause little doodle-butt's getting away with murder.
