Just Met Labradoodle Puppies Allergy Question

My wife and I just visited a litter of L1 chocolate labradoodle puppies, they were born on Sept 15 and are absolutely adorable, playful and beautiful. The Mother (a yellow lab) has a wonderful temperament, we fell in love with the puppies and the mother immediately.

My number one concern is my allergies and asthma. I know there is no guarantee that a labradoodle will be allergy friendly especially an L1, I want to make the most informed decision because I want this dog to be a loved companion for my family for many many years. Can someone share some knowledge based on your experience with L1 labradoodle's successfully living with allergy and asthma sufferers.
