Bryan,

Are you counting Hershey's age by weeks or months?? You knowthe 25th of this month, Coco will be 6 months.....but she is right now 24 weeks old. Isn't that 6 months, too?

Hershey is bigger than Coco.....by 15 pouunds, or so. That's pretty big, I think. She is such a pretty gal.....I love the one on the bed! and the one with the bandana on.....and she makes the same look as Coco does...in the one with the football. Aren't all these doodles the very best ???

Hershey was born on November 11, 2006.

My baby is 15 pounds heavier? Oh my gosh... 70-80 pounds may be on the horizon.

Does anyone out there with an older dood have an idea what I might expect?

By the way, I've almost got my wife convinced to get a 2nd doodle. I don't know... Two horses running around the house?!

Find a small standard next time :) We chose Sandy's litter because both parents were around 50lbs. We plan on sizing up for the next one though :)

We have talked about a second doodle, too!! This puppy phase has been a challenge to me.....but I have heard that the older pup helps to teach the younger....I think it is a good idea!!

I thought Coco was going to be pretty big, but I bet she is only going to be 50-55 pounds as an adult.

I don't know though, some are pretty much horses!!

They are the best lap dogs, just take up more room.
Bahahahaaa!!!!
Denver was just over 60 lbs at 6months and at almost
12 months he is around 105lbs but he is a boy!!!
Hershey might not weigh as much as him but she is a big girl and I would not be surprised if she hits 90. Denver is expected (when he fills out)
to hit 110 to 125. Yikes!!!! Love every pound though

Gotta love 'em though no matter how big they are. Jorja is only about 30 lbs. but insists on being in my lap when I'm trying to work on the computer. She is definitely bigger than my lap and usually has her head on my arm. Typing can be really interesting but I love her wanting to keep my lap warm. :D

Dear Paintsmeblue~

BAD??? :?:

No! It's wonderful to be planning the second and third....

I wish I had gotten two pups closer together in age.....maybe at the nearly same time..... :?

When do you plan to get the first doodle??

Soon, I hope!!
