Yesterday was the best yet! My mom took me for a really, really long walk in the woods across the road from our house. She let me walk the whole way without a leash. See this is me on one of the trails.

And look at how big the trees are and how little I am.

It was great. I met lots of other dogs and people walking ... and joggers of course ... even one pushing a huge baby buggy that looked like an SUV buggy! Oh, and bikes too. I didn't chase anyone one and I only sort of scared one jogger ... but he scared me first

My mom is so happy because after almost three months of rain the sun has been shining for three whole days. I think we might go another long walk today ... I hope :D

Mia...the woods look great on you! We have to be leashed in our park....Dad doesn't trust us and besides....."THE MAN" says, "no leash....no dogs allowed". Dad said he can't afford what the fine would be!

Sessa ... after almost three months of rain I am soooo happy for a little dry weather. We've actually come close to setting records for the highest number of rain days in a three month period.

A week before these pics were taken I was walking in this forest and some of the trails were more like little creeks. It's actually amazing how quickly things dry up once the rain stops!

Is Mia (I love that name) a medium or minature dood? he is adorable. quote]

Mia is a miniature dood. She's nine months old and stands about 14 inches tall and weighs 25 lbs. She's pretty much as big as she's going to get if her mother and father are any indication.
