conversion, im old and cant seem to find it
ok here is the dosage
Dosage Chart:
1.5kg - 2.5kg: 1/4 Tablet
2.6kg - 5.0kg: 1/2 Tablet
5.1kg - 10.0kg: 1 Tablet
Over 10kg: 1 Tablet per 10kg

i need to know what the lbs dosage would be
HELP :roll: :roll: :lol:

math,,phew, not for me
basically i need to chart coverted to lbs

i feel so tupid,, :shock: :roll:

1.5kg - 2.5kg: 1/4 Tablet
___LBS-____LBS : 1/4 tablet

2.6kg - 5.0kg: 1/2 Tablet
___LBS-____LBS : 1/2 tablet
5.1kg - 10.0kg: 1 Tablet
___LBS-____LBS : 1 tablet (i think this is 22lbs)
Over 10kg: 1 Tablet per 10kg
___LBS-____LBS : 1 tab per 10kg

also has anyone used aristo pet all womer (australia)
its kinda like drontal

Looks close...this is what I got...

3.3-5.5 1/4
5.7-11 1/2
11.2-22 1 tab

Maureen that is what i use and also some of the pediatricians offices has scales and i used to convert 2.2kb = 1b
