There are some pretty typical guys on there saying "I would never be caught dead with a poodle mix" etc but there are also some with more open minds...! Once Sammy is old enough and trained, we will have to bring her to some of the competitions to show their labs up!

I have pretty much accepted that there will always people out there who will think that our doodle will never measure up when it comes to hunting... but I also really think that these are such smart and capable animals that the proof will be in the pudding!

We already have one of derek's hunting buddies joking about how our little Sammy is going to have brought back 4 ducks when his lab will be just swimming out for her first. 8)

I think the cute name throws many of the tough-guys off. We are soooo excited to get Sammy out there to show them all!!!
