I am attempting to make some liver treats. I found a recipe that is very simple, parboil liver, cut into 1" cubes, sprinkle garlic and bake in the oven at 250 for 1h. Sounds simple. I am trying this mainly because I have 2 whole beef livers in the freezer. My uncle is a farmer and he kept some of the organs from their last butcher and gave them to us for the doodles. I'll let you know how they turn out.
