We're here and EXHAUSTED - after a 6-ish hour drive to Jersey yesterday, we had a 5 almost 6 hour flight today - we're in and exhausted. Its only 6 here and I'm ready for bed!

Just one picture - we had a chartered flight for the team family out of Newark - we took the bus from Giants stadium. We boarded the plane and had a direct flight here - wicked easy! The plane was HUGE....

Annie's homework for the trip is a photo diary to be emailed to the class every night - so this is going to be one of the first photos, along with some landscape pictures (and one with Annie pretending to hug a cactus). Annie's teacher emailed me today and the class is so excited to see the first pics.

omg shoot me now - I knew I went to bed too early last night (stuck in a hotel with a 7 year old - I had nothing better to do but sleep!) I've been awake since 4:30 AZ time and its going to screw me up for the rest of the day - at least Annie has almost made it to 6!

I think it's neat the teacher has her doing a email journel and the whole class gets to learn/experience her trip.

Thanks for the great photos That's so great of Annie's teacher to turn this into a little project for her - it will be cool for her and her classmates!

haha...it took me the first 3 days to adjust to the time when we went to AZ/Las Vegas. I went to bed at 7 pm the first night :shock:

Thanks everyone! We're getting ready to go to breakfast now. Annie actually slept until 7:30, thank God. I would have lost it if she had a meltdown in the middle of the Welcome BBQ tonight. And she would have had she not naturally fixed her own sleeping schedule!

More pictures later. I'm going to get as many pictures of her with the players as possible. I'm planning a photo book of this trip for her

Back from the welcome BBQ and I'm heading to the casino by myself - I'm crazy stupid, I know - but I'm not ready to settle in for the night and Annie is spending the night with my parents at their hotel - might as well live it up for a few! They have a shuttle running from my hotel to the casino until midnight - so I only plan on going for an hour or so - just enough time to gamble away some cash Lord knows I won't win!

The BBQ was awesome - the centerpieces for the table were life size chocolate footballs and the stand in a bed of "grass" - I totally stole one and am trying to find a way to bring it home! I was oddly facinated by them!

Concierge just called and my shuttle is here... I'm off! wish me luck!

I think you should tell us where you'll be sitting so we can watch for you on TV. Could you bring a big sign: "HI DOODLES!"?

Is the football solid?

Try shipping it home. If you go to one of those shipping stores, they would pack it for you. Solid or not, it should make it home with the proper packing.
