Orange in = orange out.
No worries, if it keeps up or she is acting strange you can take her to a vet. I wouldn't worry.
I gave Boone a bunch of red snacks one day and almost had a heart attack the next morning until it dawned on me....... :roll:

Especially since you say it was a "Faux" ear....probably had dye on/in it.
