Hello in London! How old is Bella? How much does she weigh? I have put a lot of thought to this because I really believe my guys could come through the glass.

Helloooooooooooo

Bella is about 8 months now and weighs 16.5 kilos - roughly 33lbs. small dog.

She's had a huge amount of illness and appears to have stopped growing already. there's a thread about her with a pic on here:

I understand your concern fully, Bella daily charges up to the living room window, She loves sitting on the back of the chair in front of it but she bounces up there so hard that it frightens us and the glass is old.

The way house is built, there's no other way to set the room out so we try and keep her off but she's a strong willed little sod

When her friend Madge stayed over Christmas she was just as bad and she's twice the size of Bella.

I'm thinking about fitting blinds to the window, keep them at a tilt so she has no vision out, therefore nothing to make her want to lie up there *hopefully*

We can't block the window up for obvious reasons, not the type you can double glaze either without replacing the whole thing, being sash windows it would cost a packet which we don't have, hence trying the blinds idea.

We were talking again about the window issue last night, because it does feel like 'just a matter of time' and we've paid enough vet bills to last a lifetime!

We have a friend who does carpentry and thinks she may be able to fit toughend glass into the bottom of the sash window which should solve it. It's winter right now so not sure when she'll be able to do it. We need a bungee rope in front of the window that flings her back just before she lands

We think Bella's cute too but then we are biast. We loved having Madge to stay even though they were on the go non stop, it's nice to see Bella have the energy.

I'm impressed you managed to find my blog, :D glad that you enjoyed it. The dear store manager is a new one I created last week, my regular one is the Stand up With Jamie one. I'd love to see the new blog take off and see some responses to the letters, so please go ahead and pass the link around.

Not sure those mats would suit our sofa lol, glad they are having some effect though. Lets hope they all learn to slow down a little in time.

Maybe they get better with age, let us know how you get on. I'd love to get a choc lab but Heathers not keen on the colour, besides most choc lab we know are all daft.
