I'm lucky in that Tyke LOVES to have her hair blowdried after a bath! She acts like it is some wonderful massage treatment in a spa, and will go to sleep after I finish! Last night I was working on her, and found that I can get out a lot of the "poodle curls" if I use the brush on her while I'm drying (she also dries a LOT faster) I'm using a slicker brush, but wondered if there might not be some other kind of brush that would work better. Thankfully, she doesn't mat up at all. Any suggestions?

I use a round brush sometimes, depends on length of AB's hair - always use the round one on her head as that hair is really funky also will use the flat slicker type brush

Thanks Mary, I think I have a round brush - like you said, the hair on their heads can be sort of funky! Tyke's gets really kinky and curly if I don't brush it with something - the slicker brush seems to work pretty well on her body and legs, but that funky head is another matter!!! :lol:
