I have recently read about a product called the Ultimate Puppy Toolkit to help breeders and new puppy owners learn how to socialize their puppies and, hopefully, prevent some of the problems that pups encounter with fear, aggression, things like that...I am going to buy one, and I just thought I'd share it with you all: http://www.premier.com/pages.cfm?id=157

I will, Linda...I was impressed with the ad...I think it is so very important to properly socialize these puppies, and we have them so long in our care (as breeders) that if we can do some "exercises" to strengthen their confidence I am so happy to do it!

Hi Jenny, I like the kit, it is very simple, I like the info,it tells you about the phases puppies go through and helps to understand thungs like fear stages, and tells you how to get through them with little impact or how to prepare your puppy for them.
I like the chart idea...I think that it is a bit overpriced, but definately good info. It might be more useful to breeders than to owners because it helps us recognize the developmental phases of puppies before they are sold, but still it is a valuable resource if you are wondering what your puppy is thinking!
