My heart goes out to you Annmarie, it is so hard to lose a close friend. That person that you made memories with and then they are gone. I've lost my 3 closest friends to cancer. I turned 64 in July and while I was at brunch with my family, they wanted to toast me. I said I wanted to toast the friends of mine who never made it to 64....I started to cry like a baby...I miss them so much.
What can we take from this...be the best friend we can be as I am sure you were, you are such a giving person.
