Thanks all. Right now I'm very busy trying to introduce the pups to all sorts of new experiences. Lucky for me they still fit in the sink so I was able to use a sprayer to rinse them off and most did very well for their baths today.

Our cat is absolutely a sweetheart when it comes to the puppies, so they're also getting used to him with supervision. I want them to know before they leave here that cats don't need to be chased, water doesn't need to be feared, and people really are great friends to have. I am also bringing their mama in separately each day to give her time away from them and bring in pups just to play with so they aren't all stressed out when they do leave the litter.

Having raised dogs before and kept a few that were born from my own dogs, I know what a major difference it makes in them being ready to bond and cooperate with you to have adressed all this stuff early.

I'm with Becky ... cooking ... cleaning .... laundry .... forget about it!
There are PUPPIES!

Tink ... it's great how you are beginning to acclimate the puppies to real life! Such care for not only your little ones ... but those lucky enough to adopt the sweeties.

Thanks Mary and Sue.

See, this is the major advantage to my kids being grown and dh gone all week. I really don't have to answer to anyone if I don't feel like making supper at a certain time or someone needs clean socks. They all know how to cook and do laundry for themselves. I know 'cause I taught them! lol

Awwww how great the puppies are getting great socialization, I really need to work on AB with that, she doesn't get to be around a lot of different people all the time.

I wish you were closer too - those puppies are adorable, although I really need to wait a bit, we are going away for thanksgiving and probably Christmas - I really want Annabelle to have a sister, she does so well when she has houseguests and really seems to miss the companionship when they go home.

My friend Becky is sick, so Hankiepoo is still with us, prob be here until Fri or Saturday

keep the pictures coming !
