Early morning waking HELP!

Sadie CAN sleep all night long...she was doing it at the breeders and she did it her first night home. She's only been with us for three nights but last night and the night before, she got up to pee at 4 a.m.
No problem IF she'd go back in her crate and sleep but she whines continually and just wants to be up and playing. When will this end?? She gets sleepy early in the night, at about 7-7:30 and we'd love to keep her awake but it's impossible so we just let her sleep and take her out at about 10 p.m., put her in her crate for the night but then we have a 3 month old puppy who wants to get up a 4 a.m.
ANY suggestions are greatly welcomed! Maybe we need to make sure she naps more during the day??

Sadie gets no water after 6 p.m. I think the problem is that she's tired early and we're early to bed type people...around 10 p.m. is the latest we're up. If she'd sleep from 10-6 a.m. we'd be thrilled with that. I know she'll get there eventually, we've only had her three days! We also were definately giving her the run of the house too much. We're crating her more during the day with a toy and letting her know that whining won't work.
