i added this picture to show all the black hairs coming on her back. She is pregnant and due Jan.6th Does Cafe have bk hairs too? She was the color of the bottom of her ears when she was a pup.

Hi Molly, she is beautiful and I would say she is cafe. I don't know a lot about color but she looks just like my Niki's sire and he is cafe. Congrats on the upcoming litter :) Is she bred to a Golden Retriever?

VERY NICE!!!
Yes, I'd say she's a beautiful cafe aulait. She might be a silver-beige, because, according to my poodle-mentor it's almost a judgement call which you label a Poodle. And the tricky part is that they are usually registered before their colors "clear" ya know?

Here's a helpful site, altho, being the opinionated person I am  I think my girl Fancy is a better example of a BLUE poodle than the one they have on their site...but you get the idea. And look how closely or similarly colored the silver-beige and Cafe Au Lait are!

Isn't that a helpful web page???

By the way, Linda's Poodle (gracielou) Johnson looks JUST like the sable they have at the bottom of the page!

Poodle Color

She is a really pretty girl. I would say that she is a Cafe'
,
I checked out the color site and it is pretty good. I have Black, white, blue, cream and parti Standard Poodles. My Standard Poodle site is http://www.edenstandardpoodles.com

I also have some really pretty parti American multi-gens. The color of these pups are changing each day. I thought that they were black and white but at 6 weeks old they are turning a silver and gold at the roots, where it was black. They are stunning but I really don't know what color to say they are. My Labradoodle website is http://www.edenlabradoodles.com

Does anyone have parti Labradoodles?

Oh my gosh Terri Lynn! Is this MOLLY??? I can't believe her color! She is really beautiful (I'd vote for the silver and cream phantom!)
Okay, guys...I need to remind you that this is Molly...Chase's sister! And here is a recent picture of Chase (and Bayley.)

Okay...I am having trouble getting into some of my accounts, need to change the cookies somehow...don't know what I have done, but I can't get to the photobucket picture...sooooooooo if you want to see today's picture of Chase and Bayley, you are just going to have to suffer through pictures of my puppies too...and a few of Nitos! (Chase and Bay are toward the end of the slideshow.)

The silvering on Molly (and on Chase??) would be from the (d) gene, diluting the brown. But with a liver nose and brown "points" (the color of skin on lip and eyelid the color would be either cafe aulait or silver beige. It's not possible for a silver dog to have a liver nose, etc. Have I posted pictures of our puppy "Madelyn" who is raised, owned and loved by Rachael of dare to dream labradoodles? Seems like I have, but I will share the pictures Rachael has posted if it will help. Madelyn is just 2, on 12/18 and her color has changed a couple times.

I love how Molly has the classic lighter color on her legs like a Blue Poodle gets!

Whatever the color, Molly is beautiful :)

Jac, your puppies are so darn cute, how could they not be with those parents. I can't get over how much Bayley and my Jazmine look alike. I'm glad you were able to get out, away from the books for awhile and enjoy the season :D

Maureen, I don't think I've seen Madelyn.
