Cockapoos vs. Labradoodles

Anyone care to compare and contrast the 2 breeds? Are cockapoos sturdy enough for serious hikes in the mountains (2-3 hours on rugged trails)? Are they non-low shedding as f1B's? Hypoallergenic? Wonderful temperments if provided early training? Etc. Etc.

Trust me Mary, they did not respond like our Miss Annabelle does. Annabelle appears to really enjoy looking snazzy!!!!

Ya, Annabelle is a little ham and loves being the center of attention, if wearing a sweater or jacket gets her MORE attention, she's all for it
As a groomer I see a lot of doodles, the biggest problems with a cockapoo is a lot of them inherit the cockers bad ears,we groom one that had to have his ear canals removed due to chronic infections. the mini labradoodle is a little leggier then the cockapoo and I do like the cavapoos that come in
Labradoodles

As I can see it Labradoodle is more energetic then serious hiking is better than the Cockapoos, and a low-shedding coat. The hypoallergenic dog is the labradoodle, but comparing their temperaments the Cockapoos are more better in terms of alertness.
The Labradoodle will be easier to maintain. Both the Labradoodle and Cockapoo shed minimally. Training the Labradoodle will be easier, and will be great for first-time owners or owners who like dogs willing to obey and listen well quickly. Both the Labradoodle and Cockapoo are good watchdogs. The Cockapoo has better adaptability. The Labradoodle will require more exercise. Both the Labradoodle and Cockapoo are well suited for new owners. Both the Labradoodle and Cockapoo are good with kids.
