Bet you think this is going to be a question about how to keep the puppies away from a hot coal stove... well, the heat itself takes care of that at our place so it's not a problem.
However, I've caught Echo eating the coal! :roll: It's what's called "rice coal" because the chips are small, about the size of 2-3 grains of rice. I don't know if this will have any adverse health effects. I don't see any in his stool. I also don't notice any changes in his appetite or behavior so I don't think it's causing any problems.
Does anyone know if this can be harmful other than clogging his system?
