Hi all, first time poster !

Our 3 year old Labradoodle has had a few black dots appear on her tail. They look like small splinters.

Vet said to use medicated shampoo which we have been doing however no luck.

Any ideas on how to best treat ?

I have attached photo.

I'm definitely not sure how to treat them, but based on our experience - keep an eye on them. Sully (5) had one on his tail that developed into a growth that we had to have removed. Hope it's easy to cure up for your pup!!

Hi!
I was wondering did black spots on your labradoodle tail go away? What was that?
We have the same problem, they prescribed the spray and anti itch pill, but it doesn't seem to help...
Thank you!
