Hi Kim,
First, let me reassure you that puppies often get upset tummies and the yellow foamy vomit is a sign of acid, and nothing too serious...unless it continues over a couple of days.
Same with the diarrhea, changing foods and stress can cause problems like that.
Now, that being said, if she is refusing water, that concerns me more than refusing foods (doods are known to be picky eaters.)
Since she chews on rawhide she may have swallowed a larger piece that can cause a problem. I don't believe she has a blockage because she is pooping, meaning that things are getting through her system.
She could have Girarrdia (sp?) which she can pick up very easily from eating excriment of infected dogs or by drinking from standing water...and other ways. She could have worms, another thing easy to pick up. Her stool sample was good at the vet, but worms and Girarrdia don't pass through every time so sometimes it takes more than one test.
I would keep an eye on her, make sure that she is drinking and that she is eliminating. If the symptoms seem frightening to you, take her to your vet, even an emergency vet visit is worth the money if you can be reassured that your pup is okay.
The most dangerous part of her symptoms is that she can get dehydrated. Be sure that if she is not taking in water, you offer her things like ice cubes, even pedia-lite (for babies) if she will take it.
If you have any way to take her temp, that would help the vet to know what it is.
Please let us know how she is feeling...and if she IS able to eat or keep anything down, try a little canned pumpkin (not pie mix, just plain pumpkin) maybe about a teaspoon (more if she is larger)...it won't hurt her and often helps ease stomach upset in dogs/puppies.
I have also given my dogs and pups PeptoBismol in very small doses, using a syringe.
Good luck!
