Which Oregon breeder are you considering? We are in Oregon and recently brought home a puppy from an Oregon breeder.We previously adopted/rescued an amazing doodle who passed away in 2015. As we have small children now, we're leaning more towards a puppy, but haven't been impressed with most breeders we've contacted or visited.
Privately (via direct message), could anybody please share recommendations for breeders whose style and practice adheres strictly to these suggested guidelines? 3 year health warranty with up to 50% of adoption costs refunded in the event of genetic defect, temperament testing, full genetic and annual CHD testing of both parents, willing to show documentation of such testing, willing to show documentation of age of parents, etc.
Open to ALD, F1, F1b, etc.
We've found a breeder in Oregon whose policies/contract look promising, but hoping to hear of any others who are above-and-beyond exemplary and open to discussing their breeding practice, sharing documentation with us, etc.
