Sunday at the dog park with a swim to cool down in the rose garden pool...Came home soooo tired and sooooo happy.

Wow, what a great park!!! And with roses to boot! Wish we had a dog park here, but no one has had one built that I know of....what a great place for a Doodle to socialize..looks like Lucy made a lot of friends!

wow what a great looking dog park. Where in Albany is it? We stopped at a dog park in Albany on our way to Annmarie's. I can't remember the name, but it was in a huge huge park (with a big lake) in Albany...

It's actually in Schenectady in Central Park. They converted a set of tennis courts into the dog area. We have to be careful, though, the pavement can be hard on her pads. She was sore after Sunday so we bought her some booties at Pet Smart and will use them in the future. Otherwise it's a great park. Right next door is the rose garden and the pond. It's about a solid acre of roses. The aroma is unbelievable.

Pretty sure that was a newfoundland...he had slobber that must have measured at least 18 inches long.

my 1st guess is a NEWFOUNDLAND with a wee bit of a mix of what? i don't know
