Here are the photos of the pups in their 3rd week. In another 3 weeks we will know which pup will be ours! They are all so cute. Do any of you know how to make a best guess at what the coats will be like? I thought that I had read something about a line down the back, but I don't remember what that means - or if it really means anything. Their eyes should be opening any day now.

It looks like all of them will have fleece to a curly fleece coat. I don't think you can go wrong! Beauties, every one!

I agree that Purple Boy is a cutie, but I also have a thing for the Black Boy. Two totally different looks, Purple looks deep red and wavy and Black looks creamy and sleek. Who knows what or should I say who the 10th of June will bring (I believe that is the allocation timeframe). I decided to take vacation the first two weeks of July so I have moved up the doodle arrival date to June 29th (the pups will be 8 weeks old). I thought that it would be great to have 2 whole weeks with the new pup. I have a home office so I am not usually out for more than 4 hours at a time anyway, but I thought that seeing I can take the time, I should. So now I only have 38 days to go :!: :!: :!:

PS:
Someone (sorry forget who) said that at a breeders conference they were told a ridge down their back is indicative of a fleece coat. Didn't all these pups have that ridge?

i would have to see them again and again to choose.....they are all so gorgeous!! I can smell their breath from here....I love puppy breath!!

I am 4th on the list to choose, the breeder having the number 1 choice. (She did mention that she may want to keep the blue girl-a beautiful little puppy). So that leaves me with 7 to choose from. I did ask her to help me choose for temperament, and she said that she feels that I will have several to choose from. So if I had to make my choice today, yikes it would be so hard but I think that I would go with Purple Boy, no maybe Black Boy...UGH it is going to be tough!

I had three stripes and one no stripe...... we had three gorgeous fleece (the stripes really do work!) and one flat coated cute baby!

remember soft is fleece!
